There are several reasons why ice maker makes low amounts of ice:

1) Please make sure that you have left it for 2 hours before first use to allow the refrigerant to settle better, failure to leave it or leaving it for a shorter period of time will result in less ice production.

2) Please make sure that the heat dissipation holes of the ice maker are not blocked or obstructed. Make sure there is at least a 6-inch clearance between the side and back of the ice maker and the wall for effective heat dissipation as well.

3) Please check the ice maker for any refrigerant leakage.

4) Please avoid adding high-temperature water to the ice maker or using ice maker in an high-temperature environment, which may lead to lower ice production.

1) It may be due to internal freezing of the machine. Please unplug the power cord and let the machine stand still for 1 hour.

2) If there are too much noise recently, it may be due to the accumulation of limescale inside the machine. Please use a descaler for cleaning before use, and perform a 30-minute deep cleaning by pressing and holding the "Clean" button for 3 seconds.

3) Please check if the machine is lack of water.

Note: It is recommended to clean the machine every 2 weeks to reduce freezing and limescale and  extend the machine's lifespan. You can add citric acid or white vinegar and perform a 30-minute deep cleaning by pressing and holding the "Clean" button for 3 seconds.

1) Please make sure that you have left it for 2 hours before first use to allow the refrigerant to settle better, failure to leave it or leaving it for a shorter period of time will result in less even no ice production at all.

2) Ice making requires a period of time. Please be patient and wait for 10 to 15 minutes.

3) Please make sure that the water you added does not exceed the MAX water line.

4) Please check the ice maker for any refrigerant leakage.

5)If you are experiencing a full ice/water shortage, remove the excess ice or add water and then restart the machine to make it work properly.

1) Please ensure that the power cord is properly plugged in and check if the power cord is damaged.

2) Please check if the indicator lights normally.

The machine does not have a refrigeration function. It is recommended to promptly place the freshly made ice in the refrigerator. The following storage methods are for your reference:

1) Please place the ice in a double-layered brown paper bag to absorb moisture and reduce clumping.

2) Please place the ice in an ice bag and lay the ice bag flatly in the freezer after removing excess moisture. You can gently tap it when you need the ice.

This is a normal phenomenon. Our machine is designed to run a default cleaning for 5 minutes every time when it's turned on to prevent blockages caused by internal ice buildup. Typically, it takes 10 to 15 minutes for the ice making, please be patient and wait for it.

1) Please check if the drain plug at the back of the machine is securely in place.

2) It is nomal that some machines may have internal condensation water flowing out at the bottom (in small amounts and not continuously). Please wipe the water and use the machine with ease.

Our machines are factory tested for water before shipment, and it may result in residual water, which will leak out over the bumps in transit. Please rest assured that the surface water on the machine is safe and the machine will work properly.

Our machine is designed to automatically check its status every 4 hours to prevent frequent switching on and off, which could damage the machine. If you encounter a situation where the ice tray is full or there is a water shortage, the machine will stop working. Please press the power button to restart the machine after removing excess ice or replenishing water.

1) Ice making requires a period of time. Please be patient and wait for 10 to 15 minutes.

2) Our ice is nugget ice, which is not very tough and easy to chew. Due to its unique production principle, it may have a slower efficiency compared to other types of ice cubes.

3) If the waiting time is excessively long, please ensure that the rated voltage is within 100-120V. Also, check if there are any objects obstructing the airflow around the product's heat dissipation holes.

1) For the first use, please place the ice maker upright for at least 2 hours to allow the refrigerant to settle.

2) Please clean the product first and drain out the water.

3) During each ice-making cycle, the machine will automatically begin a  5-minute quick cleaning. Ice production will start approximately 15 minutes.

Please use drinking water. It is recommended to use soft water, such as distilled water or purified water.

1) There is a 5-minute quick cleaning after power on by default.

2) Power button: short press to turn on, long press to turn off.

3) Clean button: short press for a 5-minute quick cleaning, long press for a 30-minute deep cleaning.

When the machine is turned off, the internal fan will be delayed off for a few seconds in order to dissipate the heat from the machine.

When the machine is turned on, the sound of pumping water and ice falling will reach 45-48dB or more, which is a normal condition; when making ice and self-cleaning, the noise decibel value is about 40-45dB. Note:Data from the KOVIET laboratory, measured at a distance of 1 meter. These data were tested at a distance of one meter away in a standard laboratory, ± variations in values are allowed depending on the test environment.
